Hallowe’en Special

The night of 31 October, the eve of All Saints’ Day, originally celebrated by Celtic peoples but now popular in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Traditionally, children dress up as witches or ghosts and go from door to door asking for sweets and threatening to play tricks if refused. Happy Hallowe’en, if that isn’t a contradiction in terms!

I knew it was Hammer Horror as soon as I saw the still. Such a vampy video and quite risque for Kate. Definitely one of the highlights from Lionheart though for me Wow is one of her best tracks - so moody and lush; I just have to be still when I hear it so I can focus on it entirely.

I prefer "Wow", too, but "Hammer Horror" was the obvious choice for Hallowe'en especially as it wasn't included, at all, in the "TOTP Hallowe'en Special"! I'll include "Wow" if I do a post celebrating "The Sweeney" or the healing power of Vaseline!!
